How can I return my items?

Returns Process: PLEASE INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM WITH ALL RETURNS

  1. Login in to your Peacci account, go to "My account" and select the "Orders" tab.
  2. Click on ‘details’ to open your order
  3. Under ‘products’, select ‘request a return’ and click the box to the right of the product(s) you are returning, indicating the reasons for the return, and select submit. There is also space for you to include any information you would like to include with your return.
  4. Our returns are ‘Self-Sending,' please write return address outside the package and return it by using your local post office at your cost.
  5. You can keep track of your return by clicking on the ’Returns’ tab in your account.
  6. Once approved by our customer service team, you can print. Out your return form which must be included with your return.

Return Conditions

  1. All items returned must be unused, with the original packing and labels. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged or amended in any way.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.
  3. The refund will be issued to your Peacci account or the original payment method, as per your request.
  4. Any products returned to us, not in a re-sellable condition can be shipped back to you, you will need to cover the cost of the postage to send it back.

Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
